We are delighted to release a new collector’s trio of three iconic Capensis Chardonnays from the 2018 vintage. The 2018 growing season was a banner vintage year – extremely dry, yet cool, resulting in intensely flavorful, concentrated wines. This three-bottle set includes the single-vineyard Fijnbosch Chardonnay from the prized Stellenbosch region of South Africa’s Western Cape. Winemaker Graham Weerts crafts Fijnbosch chardonnay during exceptional years only; a mere 25 cases were produced in 2018. The Capensis Fijnbosch, Western Cape, and Silene Chardonnay wines included in this set deliver on quality and longevity and will gain complexity through their evolution in your cellar.
